Voilà près d'un mois que je n'ai rien publié, il est temps de m'y remettre. Voici donc ce que je vous propose : un petit peu de sciences politiques (je viens de perdre 50% de mon lectorat là, je le sens) et plus précisement une petite synthèse des relations américano-canadiennes (et hop, adieu les 50% restant...).
A tout sujet sérieux son chapelet de mandarins et à tout mandarin sa thèorie fumeuse. Ci-dessous la transcription d'une communication radio entre un bâtiment de la US Navy et les autorités canadiennes, au large des côtes de Newfoundland en Octobre 1995 :

...Voilà finalement qui résume assez bien la situation. Les canadiens finissent par obtenir ce qu'ils veulent, en général en manipulant l'immense ego américain (mais à ce sujet, nous autres français n'avons pas à la ramener).
(Allez, un petit final à la de La Fontaine.) A ceci une morale : qui pèche par orgueil bien souvent se rend ridicule.
